Statement

/

I have been working professionally in yachting industry for 25 years on both private and charter yachts, of which last 16 years as Captain aboard yachts up to 85 meters in length. Through my education and experience I have learned the importance of high professionalism dealing with general ship operations, owners and charter guests, crew and shipyards and gained good management skills to deal with all onboard operations - construction, initial set-up, legal framework, crewing, navigation and manoeuvring, management and broker agencies, finance and accounting. I also have excellent working knowledge and experience with new-builds, warranty and refit. Fourteen years ago, I have graduated at ‘Lloyds Maritime Academy’ in London and became qualified Marine Surveyor with dual accreditations in surveying of Super Yachts and ISM Code (surveying, consultancy and auditing). I am currently studying towards Master Unlimited CoC with only two more modules to complete. I regularly keep up to date with new ISM, Class and major ‘red’ Flag regulations. I take pride in raising the standards and doing the job right.
